10k Steps a Day Challenge🚶🏽♀️⚡️
El objetivo es simple: cumplir tu meta diaria de pasos de forma constante. Se va a llevar el seguimiento en la tabla del reto.
Cada paso cuenta—caminatas, diligencias, pausas cortas. Este reto apoya el movimiento diario, la recuperación y la salud general. También puedes agregar caminatas de 2-3min entre sets durante tu workout.
Enfoque: constancia sobre intensidad
Solo camina. Todos los días. 🚶🏽♀️
Para conectar tu celular o reloj, ve a tu perfil y entra en “Aplicaciones Conectadas / Connected Apps”. Activa Health, Health Connect, Fitbit escoge el que uses. Si usas Garmin, con activar Health se conecta automáticamente.
⚠️ La mayoría de los celulares ya registran pasos con apps como Apple Health o Google Fit.
